The Event

My poem ‘The Event’ was commissioned by Channel 4’s Random Acts to be made into an animated short film by Julia Pott. First broadcast in 2012, the film has subsequently been screened at Sundance and SXSW film festivals and viewed over 470,000 times online. ‘The Event’ is published in my 2015 collection Dark Islands.
